Wow 3 posts within a week!
So.... I am so incredibly home sick right now, not necessary for Fresno/Clovis, but California in general. Being an Army wife I have really learned that my home is where my husband is, but lately my husband has been working like crazy. He leaves for work at 11am and doesn't get home until 11pm-12am everyday. I work Mon-Fri and he's been working Wed-Mon so we have had no days off together in a little over a month. I do totally fine during the week when I'm busy with the kids, but whenever the weekends role around I have so lonely! I try to stay super busy with Rylie, but I crave some adult interaction. I have a few friends here, but no one like my friends at home. Oh how I miss my family and friends. Oh how I miss everything about California.

Mommy.
Mommy. What I love hearing Rylie call me every morning when she wakes up, all during the day, and before she goes to bed at night. My goal as a mother is to raise a daughter that is independent, confident, smart, self respecting, caring, and just someone that I can be proud of and who is proud of herself. I am so incredibly lucky to have a husband that can provide for us and I can stay home with my daughter. Like I mentioned in the previous post, I do babysit 2 other little girls now so I do stay busy. But anyways, I'm getting off track of why I was writing this...
As a young mom I obviously know many other young moms and lately I've just been so bothered by the things I see on facebook and instagram that I decided to vent on here. You do not bring a child into this world to planned or not to let someone else raise this child so you go out and party and have one new boyfriend after another. The second I found out I was pregnant with Rylie, only being 18 years old I knew my whole entire life was changed. Everything I did from that moment on was for my daughter. I love her more than life. Sometimes I come across blogs of people who have lost children, either from SIDS or an accident and it absolutely breaks my heart, these parents have suffered a terrible loss while there are mothers out there that absolutely do not value their children. Our kids are our future, without them where are we going to go? I know I am not near the perfect mother, but I know I try my hardest every single day and at the end of the day I go to bed happy with the fantastic person Rylie is turning into!
I feel like I am just rambling, but I guess the point is that it absolutely breaks my heart to see kids grow up in the situations I have seen lately. Keep your little ones close, life is unexpected.

Maybe This Time...
Maybe this time I keep this blog updated....Here goes nothing.
I am going to make it a goal to update once a week.
I haven't posted in 2013 yet and so far 2013 has been great for my little family. I started babysitting full time back in October, and as of November I am babysitting 2 little girls full time and it has really been a blessing for our family. Not only am I not as depressed and bored here, but it has given us extra money and made life a little less stressful.
We had a great Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Rylie is 2 1/2 now and so smart and amazing. She absolutely amazes me everyday with the new things she learns and says. She really is the light of our life. Michael and I are doing great and I couldn't be happier with life right now. We are getting ready to go on a Disney Cruise in April, if Michael's leave gets approved. We can't wait!
Well, that's all I really have to say. I am going to start posting more concentrated topics, so be on the look out! Until then, here's some pictures! Enjoy!

Life, Marriage, and Rylie!
Wow. It has been way too long since I updated my blog. I am going to seriously try to keep it updated better. So much has happened since I last updated, so I'll start from the beginning. I will do a different post for each of these topics as well.
We got a dog named Pebbles, she is Rylie's baby. They absolutely love eachother, it's precious.
We all went home to California on leave, I was there much longer than I would have wanted, but that's a whole different story.
Michael and I went on a cruise by ourselves, it was so much fun.
Our baby girl turned 2 years old! I seriously CANNOT believe she is so old already, she really is a great baby girl! She is so big and so smart for her age, she talks in complete sentences and sometimes I can't believe what comes out of her mouth (in a good way). She is 3ft. tall and about 30lbs now, crazy!!! She really is the greatest baby girl, and I feel so blessed everyday I get to spend with her.
Now....on to the deep stuff. I am not going to get too much into my personal life, but Michael and I have been having a very rough time lately. We went through a little "separation" with him being in Louisiana and I in California. We have decided to try and work things out and I am back in Fort Polk, LA and I couldn't be happier. I take marriage very seriously, and so does my husband, but we are very young and on top of that him working all the time and having a 2 years can be very stressful and trying on a relationship. So here goes nothing, we are both committed to trying and giving it our all.
I want to post some pictures of our life lately so I will in a different post :)

Ah!
So I have been horrible at keeping my blog up to date! I guess it's just because I feel two ways, ONE: My life is really not that interesting and TWO: Not many people read my blog, if any, but maybe someday right?
Well, I'll write a little recap of life lately!- Rylie & I are in California visiting family right now. I really wish Michael could have come with us, but the lovely Army would not let him time off. Story of my life. My dad is a private contractor overseas and is home visiting so that was the main reason for Rylie and I's visit home. My dad has not got to spend a lot of time with Rylie. Even though we lived here for a year while Michael was in Korea, my dad didn't even met Rylie until last Christmas when she was 5 months and then he saw her in July for a few days before we moved to Louisiana. So that is why is was so important to him for us to come visit while he was home for this month.
I get back to Louisiana the 24th, and on the 26th it's mine and Michael's 2nd wedding anniversary! Crazy how time flies. We don't have any plans for our anniversary and we probably won't do much more that watching and movie and eating ice cream. That's definitely our type of night! : ) Well Rylie just woke up so that will be my post for the day!

Christmas Time & 18 Months!
Christmas Time...
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and it getting ready for 2012! I am sooooo ready for the new year! Christmas Eve we went to a little Christmas party at our friend's house. It was a Feliz Navidad party and was a lot of fun! Rylie enjoyed playing with baby Caden while we were there. We had a wonderful little family Christmas, and then dinner with some of our friends from here! Rylie had so much fun opening her presents, and got lots of toys and Minnie Mouse stuff! She got a trike, ball pit, some mega blocks, a potty, a dollhouse, and anything little Minnie thing we could find. :) It turned out to be a great day and I can't wait until next year!
18 Months!
Yesterday my beautiful baby girl turned 18 months old and I seriously cannot believe it! Time Flies! I feel like it was just yesterday I was in the hospital having her, the past 18 months of my life have seriously been the most amazing and I am so blessed to have her has my daughter. We went to her 18 month well baby check up today and she got 5, yes i said FIVES shots. My poor baby did not appreciate that at all. But other then that she is doing great. She is 26lbs. 14oz., 32in long, and her head is 49.5cm in diameter. Now it's my time to brag about my wonderful 18 month old.
At 18 Months Old Rylie can.....
Say 30-40 Words & is picking up new ones everyday.
Put words together like, "All Done" "Watch Minnie" "Yes Please" "Minnie Shoes" "Milk Cup" and more.
Eat with a fork.
Help put her toys away.
Tell us when she goes poopoo and brings us the diaper and wipes.
She attempt to out her shoes on.
She loves to "read" books, and be read to.
She really is the most wonderful, smart, beautiful little girl ever and I couldn't ask for anything more! I enjoy everyday I get to spend with her. :)

Life
So I haven't been very good about keeping this up, but I've been super busy! Not only do I have my 18 month old, school, and my normal wife/mom stuff, & I am also babysitting another 18 month little girl! Things are soooo crazy around the house with 2! Now that I'm on "Winter Break" from school I have some time to write. : )
Other then babysitting and all that fun stuff we haven't been up to much, we are getting ready for Christmas and trying to make the best out of things this year. Michael has to work on Christmas which I was super upset about at first, but I'm used to it now. It really sucks, he was in Korea last year and has to work this year. That's the military for ya though, they don't really care. We have all of our shopping for Rylie done, it was really fun this year. It was fun to know she will be excited about everything we got her, especially since most of it is Minnie Mouse, her first favorite character. So cute! There is all this adorable Minnie stuff on etsy, I wish I could buy it all! I also wish I has the talent to make the stuff my stuff. Dare to dream right?
One thing I am been really slacking on since we moved is pictures or Rylie and/or our family. It is just so impossible to get a good picture of my child who is ALWAYS moving! So I guess that is my new goal, to take more pictures or us and our life in Fort Polk. Well, not much more to say! Maybe next time it will be more interesting. :)
